By accessing, browsing, or using the Roxonic Internship Platform (https://internship.roxoniclimited.com) or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Accuracy of Application Submissions

All information provided during the candidate registration process—including academic records, semester grades, college credentials, prior experience, and identity details—must be completely accurate and truthful. Submitting forged resumes, falsified certificates, or misleading credentials will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of certificate, and permanent blacklisting from future Roxonic opportunities.

3. User Accounts & Security

Candidates and enrolled interns are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party and to notify Roxonic administration immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform materials, logos, trademarks, interface designs, codebases, and brand assets displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Roxonic Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior express written permission from Roxonic administration.

5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, alter, or tamper with the Certificate Verification Engine or submit simulated/fraudulent IDs.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts without express permission.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or unprofessional conduct in internal forums, Slack channels, or virtual mentor sessions.

6. Certificate Revocation Policy

Roxonic Private Limited reserves the absolute right to revoke, suspend, or invalidate any completion certificate issued if an intern is subsequently found to have committed academic plagiarism, data theft, breach of confidentiality, or severe ethical misconduct during or after their internship tenure. Revoked certificates are flagged immediately on the public /verify portal.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Roxonic Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or reliance on information presented. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
